Noodles
We're fans of noodle dishes — from Asian noodles to pasta and even shredded tofu skin cooked like noodles. But nothing beats our devotion to ramen — we're so smitten that we spent time learning about different ramen broths and noodles, and even managed to make chashu at home.
Noodles are so versatile. Serve them with hot broth on chilly days, or toss them with a light dressing and vegetables to make light but colorful summer dishes.
