Ingredients
1salmon steak
1stalklemongrass
12basil leavesI recommend holy basil or lemon basil
1clovegarlicpeeled
2 to 3slicesginger
2 to 3pinchessalt
1tablespoonolive oil
Instructions
Grind together the lemongrass, ginger, garlic, basil leaves and salt until the mixture is a coarse paste.
Stir in olive oil to loosen.
Spread the mixture on both sides of the salmon.
Broil / air fry at 375F for about 10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish).
