Organ meats (offal)

Tail, head, tripe, liver, tongue, bone marrow, tendon, skin, feet... these are just some parts of the cow and hog that many people shy away from thinking they aren't fit for human consumption. We, however, have been cooking and eating them long before keto diet made them acceptable, and even popular.
