Summer drinks Cocktail hour

Campari orange cocktail

Published: 12.12.2016 ยป Last updated: 07.26.2022

When you need to unwind after a long and hot summer day, nothing beats sipping an ice-cold drink while watching the sun dip on the horizon.

Campari orange cocktail served with orange twists

This is a very basic recipe for Campari orange cocktail. Note, though, that it can be tweaked in a number of ways.

First, depending on how strong or light you want your drink, you can use less or more orange juice. Martha Stewart favors aone-to-one ratio. Second, there are recipes, likeIna Gartenโ€™s, that add sparklingwater to the drink.

I like the one part Campari with two parts orange juice formula.

  • #26 More than one way to enjoy miso soup

Basic miso soup has tofu, wakame and scallions. But you can add more vegetables, or even meat, mushrooms or seafood, and it won’t be sacrilege.
