Breads, quickbreads, sandwiches & wraps

We do make bread at home, but we also enjoy making sandwiches and wraps with good quality store bought bread. We like bread with a light crispy crust for making banh mi, we like buns smothered with bread crumbs (nothing beats home baked pandesal), but we're really partial to flatbread and steamed bread especially when stuffed with meat and vegetables.
